FREE SHIPPING (for a limited time) to all destinations, registered airmail.

Orders processing and shipping time varies depending on method and location. Estimated overall delivery time is about 3-4 weeks. We make every effort to get orders to you as soon as possible, so usually delivery time is shorter.

All jewelry is carefully shipped in a bubble-wrapped envelope.

We are happy to add a small note with your text, which you can add at checkout.

Delivered locally by your national postal service. You will be provided with a tracking number, and the recipient’s signature is required. You may be charged customs fees according to your country's rules and regulations, which are not within our control.

Delivery time does not include delays resulting from circumstances beyond the control of Miz.NK or anyone on its behalf such as technical failure, weather, customs or security delays, strikes, force majeure or any other of such nature.

If for any reason the items you purchased do not meet your expectations, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.​

Please enclose a note with your full name, address, phone number and email address and let us know via e-mail that the package was sent.

  • Goods that have been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • Returns and exchanges will be accepted within five (5) days of the delivery confirmation date. 

If there is a price difference, the customer will be contacted for payment information.

  • If the customer would like to return or exchange a product, please contact Miz.NK with the understanding that some restrictions apply.

  • Items that have been used, worn or damaged will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the customer believes the item has been damaged during shipping, please let Miz.NK know within three (3) days and everything possible will be done to assist with your claim. Please include images of the damaged item.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Once the goods are returned to Miz.NK in the original and unused condition, a quality check will be made before exchanging a product.
